1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dk33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the dk33 gaming platform, operated under an international gaming license.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes. dk33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the dk33 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, CNIC numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dk33 will close all but one account, may forfeit all associated balances and bonuses, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.4 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the dk33 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. dk33 does not represent or warrant that the services offered are legal in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own legal risk.

3.5 KYC Verification

dk33 is required to verify player identities as part of its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be asked to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by dk33. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dk33 may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. dk33 will treat all actions taken using your account credentials as authorised by you.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, enhanced due diligence may apply for large transactions under dk33's AML policy.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and in good standing. Standard processing time for withdrawals is one to three business days following approval of the withdrawal request and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. dk33 reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawals subject to enhanced due diligence review.

5.4 Player Funds Protection

Real Money Funds deposited by players are held in segregated accounts separate from dk33 operating capital. This means that player funds are protected and are not used to fund business operations. In the event of any business continuity issue, player fund segregation ensures that your PKR balance remains protected.

5.5 Responsibility for Transactions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit transactions originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made using payment methods belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and, potentially, account suspension.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dk33 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated. Real Money Funds in your account are always available for withdrawal, subject to KYC completion, regardless of whether Bonus Funds are present in your account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dk33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them where there is reasonable evidence that a player has abused the bonus system. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or balanced betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; or any other conduct that dk33 reasonably determines to be inconsistent with normal, genuine player behaviour.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the bonus validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on the dk33 Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG certification is conducted by an independent auditing body, and results are documented. dk33 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and football, are subject to the dk33 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. 7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects game or bet outcomes, dk33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. dk33 shall not be obliged to honour payouts resulting from technical errors, regardless of whether funds were temporarily credited to a player account. Players who knowingly exploit a technical error are in breach of these Terms and may have their account suspended.

7.4 Currency

All bets, winnings, and account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a game or betting market is sourced from a third-party provider that operates in a different base currency, dk33 will apply a conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which will be disclosed in the transaction history.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk33 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or RNG anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transactions in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dk33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, interface designs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of dk33 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dk33. Unauthorised use of dk33 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

dk33's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their dk33 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which dk33 shall not be liable.

12. Responsible Gaming

13.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for breach, dk33 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from improper conduct. Real Money Funds in excess of any amounts owed to dk33 will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable AML review.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk33 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, subject to dk33's right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
